Si-Exchange works hard to ensure your security and to protect the personal and financial information you share with our Site and Services, making it the highest priority. What do we mean by Personal Information? 
Personal Information refers to a set of details that help Si-Exchange identify its Members. As part of your registration to use the Site and Services, you are required to share with the company your Full Name, Date of Birth, Physical Address including Postal Code, Telephone number and Email address. You are also required to provide the Company with Identification documents to further verify your identity and verify any activity related to the Company’s Services. Si-Exchange uses top-of-the-line encryption and data protection measures to guarantee the safety and confidentiality of your personal data. Your transactions are executed under strict and secured protocols, using a Username, Password and a 2 Key-Authentication code ensuring that your account is secured at all times. Except as elaborated in this Privacy Policy and in our Terms of Service, Si-Exchange will not disclose or sell any private or otherwise confidential information to any third-parties. Keeping your Personal Details Safe. The Company implements all the necessary measures to keep your details safe, nonetheless, you acknowledge your responsibility to keep your password and Account Details protected by not disclosing them with a Third-Party. The Company does not have access to your personal password and the Two-Key Authentication password implemented to create an additional layer of security on your account. If you feel that your Account has been compromised in any manner whatsoever, we urge you to (i) immediately change your Personal Password; (ii)to notify our Customer Support team by phone, email or live chat to help you further secure your account.
Collection of Personal Data. The Company’s collection of such personal information is solely established to identify our Members and prevent any suspicious activity such as fraud or money laundering activities, including without limitation to complying to regulatory requirements. The Company’s Privacy Policy ensures that your Personal Information will not be sold, rented or loaned, and will not be disclosed. The Company at all times, reserves the right to use or transfer your information to any other third party service providers for the sole purpose of providing you with the Services under the Site or the improvement thereof, as well as for any KYC, AML or CTF procedures (Refer to the Company’s Terms of Use, section 9.2 and section 9.3). In the event the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect a Member’s involvement in a prohibited activity of any nature in connection with the Company’s Site and Services, the Company is obligated to report the incident to the appropriate regulatory and governing bodies, including without limitation; to sharing the Member’s personal details, documentation, financial transactions, history of activity and all information acquired by our Risk team. The Company is not obligated to inform the Member in question prior to taking action, nor is the Company obligated to share its reasons or suspicion. Underage and Child Privacy By using the Company Site and Services, you state and represent that you are at least 18 years of age or and have full power and authority to enter into a legally binding agreement. You acknowledge that you are aware of the popular legal opinion in your jurisdiction in regards to the sell, buy, and exchange of Digital Currency and you confirm that this type of activity is not deemed illegal in your Country of Residence. In case you are Underaged and managed to open an account on the Site, we ask you to terminate your use of the Site and close your account. The Company reserves the right to suspend any accounts that fail to pass the age verification requirements without an obligation to notify the Member in advance.
Children’s Personal Information
 
The Company does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not enter the Site and submit any type of personal information. If you have reasonable grounds to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information to the Company through our Site and Services, we urge you to contact us, and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete all the information related to the individual in question.
